I don't know what it is about this little climb, but I just don't get board doing laps on this. It's a 1 mile/600' climb. I take the single track up and the dirt road down for a nice 2 mile loop. I've done a number of 3-4 loop runs easily on this and wanted to see what 5 felt like. 5 was not bad at all, I'm thinking 6-7 will be a good place to to feel a little push though. So, yesterday I wanted to run even and comfortable for all 5 loops. The first was done in 19:10, so I decided that sub 20 for all 5 was a nice goal at a cozy effort. No problem, I went 19:10, 19:23, 19:05, 19:32, 17:18. Yea, #5 was done at slightly more than a cozy effort to see what I could do.
