    Hey GZ - Yeah, even though Tima just has a few camio's in this video, she, for sure, puts into perspective how slow a 10:00 mile is for a dog!
    Matt - I knew you'd like this, I have more fell porn on it's way with you in mind! The knee is fine. I've been running pain free for so long I my just be a wee bit cushy with it right now.
