7 miles - 1 hour - average HR 131.
Felt great. I am doing some HRM testing the next few weeks so I should be able to get a good idea of what my HR is doing. Looking forward to some good runs this weekend. With Riley's soccer game at 10:30 tomorrow, I'll be looking to get 16 miles in early, then 20 on Sunday.

Hey Rick- Something useful to watch for tomorrow and Sunday is a point at which HR jumps and pace slows. The deflection is usually pronounced and shows where you 'fall apart'. A very well trained marathoner will not experience this until ~mile 18 and a poorly trained runner will experience this much earlier. It has some to do with fuel usage and some to do with your endurance levels. One is metabolic and one is mechanical.
