Great piece. I found it strange it took a commenter to point out that he set the FKT. Seems like he would have included that fact given he pointed out the previous FKT. On the other hand, I don't mean to suggest there anything at all wrong w/ humility! Probably should be celebrating that!
ReplyDeleteHey Jim, yeah, I had already known he hit 14:08 before I read his report and never even noticed that he didn't mention it. I think it was very fitting, after they he felt at the end of the run, not to mention it, but I wouldn't be surprised either if he just forgot.
